PHILOSOPHY
To achieve this, we operate a ‘player-center’ approach that delivers expert coaching and guidance on a more individual basis, so that every player can learn and develop at their own pace over the long term.
Overall we will create a professional environment where our players are encouraged to experiment and be creative and have no fear of failure in order to develop their technique and decision making.
YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PHASE
AGES 6 - 16
As players progress to the Youth Development Phase, a more balanced approach is adopted where the players game understanding is developed, whilst still maintaining a degree of freedom and creativity. We also want to ensure we develop players who are effective decision makers.
